Bulk & Customized Order Policy
At WCSPK, we offer both bulk orders and customized products based on customer requirements. Please read the following policy carefully before placing such orders:
1. Bulk Orders
- All bulk orders require an advance payment to confirm the order.
- Once the advance payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Bulk orders are processed specifically as per customer requirements, therefore cancellations are not accepted after confirmation.
2. Customized Orders
- Customized products are made specifically according to the customer’s instructions (design, engraving, size, etc.).
- Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all details before placing the order.
3. Order Confirmation
- An order will only be considered confirmed once the advance payment is received.
- By placing a bulk or customized order, the customer agrees to the terms mentioned above.
